Understand YoloLiv’s Warranty Policy
Before taking any action, it’s important to know YoloLiv’s warranty policy.
YoloLiv Warranty:
All YoloLiv products (excluding accessories) are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, YoloLiv may choose to repair or replace the defective product at no charge for parts and labor or provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product.
If a product is found to be defective outside the warranty period, YoloLiv may choose to repair or replace the defective product and will require charges for parts and labor. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs, taxes, and any other fees associated with returning products to us for any reason, as well as the cost of shipping the product back.
This warranty applies solely to defects in workmanship and does not cover defects caused by the following reasons:
- Second-hand purchase.
- Neglect.
- Improper or negligent use or non-use.
- Attempted repairs or unauthorized alterations.
- Tampering or modification of the goods.
- Connection to incompatible devices or power sources.
- Exposure to water or adverse weather conditions.
- Exposure to magnetic fields or corrosive liquids or substances.
- Physical damage
How to Get the Battery Replacement
Please note that YoloLiv does not sell replacement batteries separately. If your YoloBox needs a new battery, you’ll have to send it in for repair. This is because battery replacement can be risky and involves handling sensitive components. Additionally, international shipping regulations make it complicated to send batteries, which is why we don’t offer them for separate purchases.

- Within the one-year warranty: If your battery fails within the first year, YoloLiv will replace it free of charge. However, you’ll need to cover the cost of shipping the device to our repair center (one-way shipping cost).
